Others Slow Damage

Slow Damage is set in 20xx Japan, in a special economic zone called Shinkoumi (formerly Tokyo Waterfront City) that has been turned into the ultimate casino resort under the complete control of a private organization called the Takasato-gumi. The city's open doors come with a dark underside: rampant crime, decay, and protagonist Towa, a degenerate hedonist who lives each day like it's his last.

Built on 2DCG art with animated scenes as a Japanese gay dating sim with sandbox elements, the game leans into graphic violence and Towa's day-to-day grind through Shinkoumi's underbelly. Nitro+CHiRAL keeps the writing dark and the multiple endings tied to which corner of the city Towa lets himself fall into.
