Gachi-Natsu opens on a sweltering summer day with Ryota Hibiki, a young man retrying his university entrance exam after failing the first time. His new tutor Atsushi Kenzaki shows up and announces he'll be living at Ryota's house for the entire summer vacation to teach him how to study properly. Surprised but not exactly disappointed at the prospect of cohabiting with a good-looking, stocky guy, Ryota figures there might be a little joy in his life. But Atsushi turns out to be a cock-loving, energetic, maximalist, dirty tutor, and the summer goes off the rails fast.
