About this game
Sissy Dream casts you as a young man who wakes up in a dungeon to find out he's been commissioned for a subversive gender-switching experiment by a company called M.M.Y.D., at the request of a client who specifically wanted him. From there it's a question of how you handle each scene the experiment throws at you, and whether you escape the dungeon or end up becoming exactly what the client paid for.
Built on 3DCG art with animated scenes, the game leans into sissification, BDSM, and trap content as the core experience, with humiliation and male domination dynamics framing every interaction. This is fully gay male-protagonist material with no escape route from the central kink.
